Terms and Conditions

Your statutory rights are not affected by The Wishing Tree's store policies. This is a safe and secure site. Your card details will only be processed on secure encrypted web servers. We hold a Thwarte certificate.

Ordering online

Orders placed online will be processed and dispatched within 4-5 working days. Where an item is not in stock the customer will be notified and advised of other available options. Any delay with dispatch of goods will be notified in writing via e-mail.

Goods are charged at prices shown on The Wishing Tree product pages on the date the customer places the order. If there are unexpected price changes the customer will be notified prior to dispatch of goods.

If you have been to The Wishing Tree shop in Cardiff and you have seen a product in store that is not on the web site, then please contact us on 02920 644 852 and we will be more than happy to arrange for you to receive that item. Alternative payment methods may need to be arranged, options available will be discussed when you are contacted by a Wishing Tree member of staff.

Returns

If you wish to cancel your order on receipt of goods and obtain a full or part refund you can do so, for whatever reason, within 5 days of delivery. The cost of return postage will be at the customer's expense. A refund will be granted once goods are received by The Wishing Tree in their original undamaged packaging.

A full refund or credit will be given for faulty or damaged goods if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to prior notification and approval.
Please note we are unable to accept the cost of sending us back returns where the goods have been incorrectly ordered.

Availability and range changes

All goods are subject to availability. Changes are made to The Wishing Tree range from time to time and we reserve the right to replace any item without notice and without prejudice.

Prices

All prices include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment

We accept all major credit, debit cards and cheques. Where payment method is by cheque, goods will be dispatched once the cheque has cleared. Please note that goods will only be dispatched once full payment has been received.

Delivery shortfalls/faulty goods

All delivery shortfalls or receipt of faulty goods must be notified within 48 hours for claims to be considered.

Delivery Information

Delivery is a standard £4.50 for goods under 2kg shipped within mainland UK. For goods over 2kg there will be a minimum charge of £9.00 for shipping with mainland UK. The customer will be contacted via e-mail prior to dispatch of goods to confirm any charges not outlined on The Wishing Tree website. For all orders within mainland UK customers will be contacted via e-mail and given a delivery quotation.

For all orders outside mainland UK delivery will be charged at the appropriate shipping rates. The customer will be contacted via e-mail prior to dispatch of goods to confirm any charges not outlined on The Wishing Tree website.
